Raj was annoying his co working by doing annoying sounds like pretending to play the drums and speaking through a tube and his voice annoying Raj. I thought the video taught us to not annoy anyone while doing your job and wait like until your break and job.
Yeah, it can be very annoying when you are trying to concentrate on something and people are just making distracting noises.
